- The plant can also produce beautiful white flowers, which develop in a striking horizontal position, often surrounded by large green bracts.
- This plant does best in full sun to partial shade. It prefers a warm, humid environment, making it ideal for a tropical or subtropical garden.
- The Ravenala Madagascariensis can also be kept indoors, provided there is sufficient light.
- The plant needs regular watering, especially during growth. Make sure the soil is constantly moist, but not soaked.
