Appearance of the plant:

• The Bromelia Ananas is a striking houseplant with long, narrow, spiky leaves that are deep green in color. The leaves grow in a rosette shape and from the center of the plant comes a colorful inflorescence with a small pineapple fruit.
• The plant has a tropical appearance and immediately attracts attention due to the unique combination of leaves and the decorative pineapple that protrudes above the plant.

Location:

• This plant is best in a bright spot with lots of indirect light. It can also tolerate some direct sunlight, but avoid the hot midday sun.
• The Bromelia Ananas is a perfect houseplant and thrives in a warm and humid environment, such as the living room or kitchen. Outside it can only survive in warm climates.

Water requirement:

• Keep the soil of the Bromelia Ananas slightly moist, but make sure that the roots are not standing in water. Fill the calyx of the plant regularly with water, because this is where the plant absorbs much of its moisture.
• Water it about once a week and make sure the water can drain well.
