'Wisteria sinensis Prolific' also known as wisteria is a climbing plant with beautiful, very long, blue-purple colored flower clusters that appear en masse in May-June. There can also be a second flowering in September. It is a fast-growing climbing plant that can reach a maximum height of 10 meters. To keep the wisteria in the best shape, it is best to lead it along a pergola, fence or trellis. Provide a sturdy support to which the branches are attached and it can climb towards the sun.
